The Project Balua is a high altitude platform that intents to be:

- Controllable in altitude
- Recoverable
- Reusable
- Flexible
Why is it Important?
Such a platform can be used for a number of different and important tasks, such as:
- Atmospheric Scanning.
- Aerial image with high resolution and variable altitude.
- Long-term Monitoring.
- Transportation of cargo to remote locations.
- Telecommunications (relay).
- Platform for scientific tests.
