Balua is launching another balloon, this time with students involved in the satellite activities of Verão na Uliaboa.
This event will occur this friday (July, 13th) in Tondela, at 17:00 GMT.
Due to adverse wind conditions and high probability of losing the payload, this launch will be of 100g balloon and just carry a PoqetCube developed by the students with LORA communications which will be broadcasting in 868MHz.

Last Monday’s flight was once again a success and the payload landed safely near Évora.
No images were taken but the electronics of the IST’s Nanosat were successfully tested together with communications and sensors.

Balua is launching another balloon, this time partnered with landing.jobs. The objective of this launch is to launch a sardine up to the stratosphere during this event. The latest prediction indicate that the payload will land in the ocean therefore this will be a tough recovery.
This event will occur today (june, 18th) in Lisboa Marina at 19:30 local time.

This launch will be equipped with the new product from Sensefinity called Sensoroid Gateway Butterfinger. This equipment will send the balloon location in real-time through GPRS to their dedicated online platform (here), whenever GSM is within reach.
